Booking Notice

Prices shown are starting estimates, not guaranteed totals. Your final quote will be confirmed based on the appointment address, documents, signers, and required notarial acts. Travel, facility appointment, convenience, and waiting charges are itemized separately from Texas notarial fees.

​The first 15 minutes of waiting are complimentary. Additional waiting is $15 per additional 15 minutes, as agreed before the appointment.

​

Please have acceptable identification and completed documents ready, leaving signatures unsigned until instructed. Arrange any required witnesses in advance. We do not provide legal advice or prepare legal documents.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT

​

A $25 deposit is required when booking any general mobile notarization appointment.

​

A $50 deposit is required when booking estate planning, hospital, nursing home, rehabilitation, jail, detention facility, and other specialty in-person services.

​

Your appointment is confirmed once the required deposit is received. The deposit is applied toward your confirmed total, with the remaining balance due at the start of your in-person appointment, before services begin.

Final pricing is confirmed before your appointment. Any additional charges must be disclosed and agreed upon before they are incurred.
